Venezuela to control Matesi
Tenaris SA has announced that Venezuela, acting through the transition committee appointed by the Venezuelan Ministry of Basic Industries and Mining, has unilaterally assumed exclusive operational control over the assets of Matesi Materiales Siderúrgicos SA (Matesi).
