Technip creates engineering company in Kazakhstan
Technip and Transport of Oil and Gas (TOG), the National Oil and Gas Transportation Company of Kazakhstan, have created a joint engineering and construction company headquartered in Almaty. Both shareholders will hold a 50% stake in this company, named Technip Kazakhstan.
