Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. reports that a subsidiary company has received a contract from Suncor Energy Inc. to provide engineering and procurement services for the clean fuels project that Suncor is initiating at its refinery in Denver, Colorado.

A Canadian subsidiary of Jacobs Engineering Group has received a major portion of the upcoming 2003 turnaround contract at Suncor Energy Inc.'s oil sands facility near Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada. The contract value was not disclosed.
