Nexans receives DEH System Contract
Nexans has received a EUR 20 million contract from Statoil to design and manufacture the direct electrical heating system for the subsea pipelines serving the new Fossekall Dompap oil and gas field. Located on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, the Fossekall Dompap fields tie back to the Norne FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) where Nexans previously provided DEH systems for pipelines to Urd and Alve.
Clough wins Thai contract
Clough Ltd and Unithai Engineering Ltd have won a USD 28 million contract to design and build wellhead platforms and subsea pipelines for Unocal Thailand in the Gulf of Thailand.
