In detail, JFE Shoji will conclude an agreement with JFE Shoji Trade Steel Construction Material Corporation and JFE Shoji Wire Trade Co, subsidiaries of JFE Shoji, to acquire the steel bar and wire rod department of JFE Shoji Trade Steel Construction Material and JFE Shoji Wire Trade.
