Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co. Ltd (SYPC) (Yan'an, Shaanxi) is planning to cooperate with China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC) (Beijing) in the construction of a 1 million-metric-ton ethylene project with a total expected investment of USD 3.36 billion.
China: biodiesel project
Shaanxi Province has started first-phase construction of a 300,000tpa biodiesel project in Ankang City. Shanghai Xinlian Investment Co. Ltd (Shanghai), the project's sponsor, has established Ankang Zhongxin Biodiesel Co. Ltd to manage construction. Phase I will comprise 30,000tpa.
