SAIL to set up SEZ at Salem
Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) is planning to set up a 250 acres product specific special economic zone (SEZ) at unutilized land at its existing stainless steel facility in Salem and is likely to apply for clearance of its SEZ proposal once the central government lifts the present freeze on fresh applications.
