Sembcorp Marine Ltd through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sembcorp Marine Offshore Platforms Pte. Ltd. has entered into an Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation contract.
Engineering and fabrication contract for Ezra
Ezra Holdings, a contractor and provider of integrated offshore solutions to the oil and gas industry, announced that the group’s wholly owned subsidiary London Marine Consultants (LMC), Ezra’s FPSO Turret Design outfit, has been awarded a contract by Sembcorp Marine’s subsidiary Jurong Shipyard of Singapore, to supply an external turret mooring system for the Libra field’s Extended Well Test (EWT) FPSO vessel.
Sembcorp Marine plans fabrication facility at Tuas
Sembcorp Marine announced that the Group would invest in a multi-functional steel fabrication facility, which will significantly enhance automation and productivity at its offshore rig building, conversion and production and ship-repair businesses.
To be located at its Sembmarine Integrated Yard at Tuas, Singapore, the new steel fabrication facility will offer a streamlined, seamless and extensively automated production process from steel stockyard to final assembly and finishing shop.
Singapore: jack-up work barge
Saudi Aramco has contracted Sembcorp Marine’s Jurong Shipyard in Singapore to build a new jack-up work barge for one its subsidiaries.
