ArcelorMittal announced that Simon Wandke has been nominated as the executive vice president of ArcelorMittal and promoted to CEO of ArcelorMittal Mining, with immediate effect.

ArcelorMittal will be appointing Bill Scotting as chief executive of ArcelorMittal Mining, succeeding Peter Kukielski, the current chief executive since December 2008, who is leaving the company in August to take up a new opportunity.
