ThyssenKrupp, Saab discuss Swedish shipyard’s sale
ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions, a subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp, and Saab have signed a memorandum of understanding about a sale of Swedish Shipyard ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems AB (former Kockums) with facilities in Malmö, Karlskrona and Muskö.
Jonsson retires from president and CEO of Saab
Jan Åke Jonsson will retire from his position as President and CEO of Saab Automobile AB (Saab) effective 19 May, 2011. The search for a successor is currently underway and Jonsson has agreed to assist Saab’s Management with a smooth transition to his successor by remaining available until 1 September 2011.
