KMT names Christopher Rossi as president
Kennametal Inc. (KMT) has appointed Christopher (Chris) Rossi as president, CEO, and director. Chris succeeds Ron De Feo whom the board has appointed executive chairman of the board.
EU Commission approves Dresser-Rand acquisition
The EU Commission has unconditionally approved Siemens' acquisition of Dresser-Rand. All regulatory approvals required to complete the transaction have now been obtained and the transaction due to be closed by the end of June 2015.
