Subsea 7 awarded contract offshore Brazil
Subsea 7 has been awarded a contract worth approximately USD 200M with a duration of approximately two years. The contract is for the installation of flexible lines for Petrobras’ projects using Subsea 7’s construction and flex-lay vessel Seven Seas, on a day-rate basis.
DoC for the Iara area, offshore Brazil
BG Group's partner Petróleo Brasileiro (Petrobras), as the operator of block BM-S-11 in the pre-salt Santos Basin, has submitted the Declarations of Commerciality (DoC) to the Brazilian National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) for three separate oil and gas accumulations in the Iara area, offshore Brazil.

CRCC for Raccortubi Group
Raccortubi Group is pleased to announce that both Raccortubi do Brasil Ltda. and Raccortubi S.p.A., Group headquarters, have been granted Petrobras’ seal of approval and awarded the Certificado de Registro e Classificação Cadastral.

Pipeline project contract for voestalpine in Brazil
The voestalpine Group secured its second major pipeline contract this year after South Stream. voestalpine will deliver 120,000 tons of sour-gas-resistant, high-strength linepipe plates for the third Petrobras pipeline near Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, by March 2015.
Tenaris to supply pipes for Rota 3 gas pipeline
The 2014–2018 Petrobras Business Plan foresees the allocation of USD 10B in the oil and gas sector, including projects related to pipelines for gas transportation from the Pre-Salt area, such as Rota 3.
