ERAMET appoints Christel Bories as CEO
ERAMET’s Board of Directors appointed Mrs Christel Bories Deputy CEO on February 23rd, 2017. She will then be proposed as the successor to Mr Patrick Buffet as ERAMET’s chairman & CEO at the conclusion of the General Meeting on May 23rd, 2017.
ERAMET restructures Delegate CEOs
The ERAMET group has announced a restructuring of Delegate CEOs at its mining divisions, in order to assign the functions currently carried out by the two Delegate CEOs of the Manganese and Nickel divisions to a single Delegate CEO.
