SSAB has appointed Martin Lindqvist as their new CEO. At present, he is the head of the company's largest business area, SSAB EMEA and will succeed Olof Faxander effective 1 January 2011.

Sandvik’s board of directors have appointed Olof Faxander as the new president & CEO of the company, effective 1 February 2011.
