The scope includes the design and manufacture of Subsea 2.0® tree systems, manifolds, flexible pipes and umbilicals, plus installation of the complete subsea production system tied back to the existing Jangkrik FPU—offering strong potential for duplex and super-duplex stainless steel in subsea equipment and flowlines.

McDermott awarded deepwater subsea contract

McDermott won an EPCI scope from PTTEP for Block H (Sabah, Malaysia) covering a carbon-steel pipeline and key SURF elements to feed PETRONAS’ PFLNG Dua. Engineering to be led from Kuala Lumpur with marine assets for installation.
