Neste Oil announced plans to change its structure and organisation in response to developments that have taken place in its businesses and operating environment in recent years.

Neste Oil and AGA, part of the Linde Group, have signed a long-term hydrogen supply agreement covering Neste Oil's Porvoo refinery, under which AGA will invest to build a new hydrogen production unit at the refinery.

On December 19th Neste Oil celebrated the grand opening of its renewable diesel refinery in the Port of Rotterdam together with some 150 guests, including the Dutch Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation Mr Maxime Verhagen, representative of the Finnish Government, and other political, governmental and business representatives.
