EVRAZ's North American subsidiary EVRAZ North America (ENA) signed an agreement with Maruichi Oregon Steel Tube to sell ENA’s structural tubing business (formerly known as Columbia Structural Steel) in Portland, Oregon, for approximately USD 51M in cash, including approximately USD 8.5M of proceeds from the sale of inventories.
