Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. announced that its subsidiary Tecnimont S.p.A. has signed with GEMLİK GÜBRE SANAYİİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ an EPC contract for a value of approximately €200 M related to the implementation of a new Urea and UAN (Urea Ammonium Nitrate solution) plant in Gemlik, 125 km south of Istanbul, Turkey.

Stamicarbon, the innovation and license company of Maire Tecnimont Group, will license the technology for a grassroots urea plant for Talcher Fertilizers Limited in India.
