German Butting and Liaoning Tieling ink deal
On 4 December 2009 Liaoning Tieling Economic Development Zone and German Butting's Stainless Steel Pipe Project officially signed a deal, involving a fund of USD 60 million that is expected to come on stream after the completion of the first-phase construction by September 2010.
