Fertiliser complex for Turkmenistan
Gap Insaat of Turkmenistan, a subsidiary of Calik Holding of Istanbul, Turkey, has commissioned Krupp Uhde with the design and construction of a natural gas-based fertiliser complex comprising an ammonia plant and an urea plant.

Qatar Petroleum Corporation (Doha, Qatar) and Norsk Hydro ASA (Oslo, Norway)have approved construction of the USD 535 million Urea Unit and awarded Krupp Uhde (Dortmund, Germany) the contract to construct a massive urea unit in Messaieed, Qatar called "Qafco IV".
