Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has announced that it received a contract from Indian Oil Corp. Ltd (IOCL) to provide project management and engineering, procurement, and construction management services for a 2.2 million tons per annum diesel hydro treatment (DHDT) project to be located at IOCL's Gujarat Refinery in the state of Gujarat, India.
