At the Sochi-2015 International Investment Forum, TMK, global producers of tubular products for the oil and gas industry, and Gazprom have signed a long-term agreement to supply a complete set of premium tubular products and maintenance. TMK will supply high strength special pipes with premium threaded connections of carbon, alloy and special steels to be used in adverse climate conditions and aggressive environments.

TMK, leading producers of pipes for the oil and gas industry, participated in Gazprom tenders for premium tubular products. Following two public requests for proposals, TMK was announced the winning bidder in 8 out of 13 lots.

Alexander Medvedev, deputy chairperson of the Gazprom Management Committee and Hans-Ulrich Engel, member of the BASF Board of Executive Directors signed a Memorandum of Intent in Berlin stipulating the co-operation within the project for constructing the Nord Stream II gas pipeline.

The Gazprom headquarters hosted a meeting between Alexey Miller, chairperson of the Gazprom Management Committee and Han Fennema, CEO and chairperson of the Executive Board of Gasunie.

A meeting between Alexey Miller, chairperson of the Gazprom Management Committee and Zhang Gaoli, First Vice Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China took place in Beijing. The parties addressed the state of the intergovernmental agreement on arranging supplies of Russian pipeline gas to China via the western route.

Gazprom delivered first pipes for the Power of Siberia gas transmission system (GTS) to Lensk (Yakutia). The first batch consists of 260 pipes with a length of 1,420mm, wall thickness of 21.7mm and total weight of some 2400 tons.

The Gazprom headquarters hosted a working meeting between Alexey Miller, chairman of the company's Management Committee, and Vasily Golubev, Governor of the Rostov Region. The parties addressed the progress with and the prospects of the cooperation, in particular, the regional gasification issues.

The opening ceremony of Gazprom's representative office was held at Brussels in the Kingdom of Belgium. Taking part in the opening ceremony were Alexander Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee; Anatoly Yanovsky, Deputy Energy Minister of the Russian Federation; Alexander Romanov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Belgium; Vladimir Chizhov, Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the European Union and Gunter Oettinger, European Commissioner for Energy.
