Outotec's Board of Directors has recently appointed Mr. Markku Teräsvasara (51) as Outotec's new Chief Executive Officer.

Outokumpu announced the appointment of Michael Williams as the president and head of Business Area Coil Americas and member of the Outokumpu Leadership Team as of 1 July 2015. Williams has over two decades of experience in the metals industry, including sixteen years at US Steel where he held a number of senior leadership positions, as well as the position of the CEO in Ormet Corporation, an aluminium company.

Cancana Resources Corp. announced a change in the leadership of the corporation. Andrew Male’s appointment as president and CEO came to an end on 21 July. Anthony Julien has agreed to take on the role of interim President and CEO.

Severstal North America (SNA), a subsidiary of OAO Severstal, appointed Olga Petrova as the CFO, and Michael Tuomey as the deputy CFO. Petrova joins Severstal North America’s executive team from parent company OAO Severstal, where she headed the Business Planning and Controlling Department since 2011.
