Statoil’s board of directors and chief executive Eldar Sætre have agreed that Sætre will continue as CEO after he turns 62 in February 2018.

Mika Seitovirta has been appointed the new Chief Executive Officer of Outokumpu by its Board of Directors. He will assume the position effective 1 April 2011, succeeding current CEO, Juha Rantanen, who will leave the position 31 March 2011. Rantanen will support the new CEO until August 2011.

SSAB has appointed Martin Lindqvist as their new CEO. At present, he is the head of the company's largest business area, SSAB EMEA and will succeed Olof Faxander effective 1 January 2011.
