AMEC awarded Slovakian contract
AMEC has been awarded a three year contract to provide waste treatment services to the Bohunice nuclear power plant in Slovakia.
The contract, the value of which has not been announced, will see AMEC apply its specialist technology to retrieve and treat the 600cbm of waste at the two Vodo-Vodyanoi Energetichesky Reactor 440 reactors at the plant, which ceased operation in 2008 and 2010, respectively.
