New contracts for AGR’s software solutions
Global oil and gas service company AGR has been awarded software contracts worth a total contract value of over USD 1M with Det norske oljeselskap, VNG (Norge) and OMV (Norge).
AGR have a strong relationship with Det norske, VNG and OMV both on the software side and operational side having previously delivered well management projects.
AGR acquired by Silverfleet Capital
Norway-headquartered AGR Holdings AS (AGR) has been acquired by the independent European private equity firm Silverfleet Capital. The deal, worth EUR 195M is expected to be completed on or around end of August 2014.
AGR shares new drilling tech and growth plans
