Two Bench Top Tube Benders introduced by Swagelok deliver consistent bends from 1º to 180º for such tubing materials as carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminium, in sizes up to 1 inch (30mm) OD, greatly reducing installation time and effort. Available are a manually operated unit and an electrically operated unit, requiring either a 110 VAC or 230 VAC power source. Built of rugged, lightweight aluminium, these benders can be located on a bench or placed on an accessory tripod. Unlike other bench top tube benders, the Swagelok units incorporate rollers, used in conjunction with a sturdy bend shoe, to reduce the potential for wrinkling, damage or increased ovality to the radius of tubing when bending.
