SapuraAcergy Sdn Bhd has announced that it has won a USD 100 million contract for subsea construction work offshore Vietnam. The scope of work includes installation of 28km of 12in diameter pipe, a 28km umbilical, PLETs and SSIV structure, spools, and precommissioning. Work is scheduled to start in mid-2012.
