Subsea 7 announced the re-appointment of Allen Stevens and Robert Long to the company’s Board of Directors with immediate effect.

The revisions made to the company’s Articles of Incorporation include changes to the Company’s Board of Directors and Committees quorum rules, which enable Stevens and Long, as US citizens, to re-join the Board of Directors whilst also allowing the company to continue to meet requirements applicable to non-US companies operating vessels in US waters. Long and Stevens previously served on the Board of Directors of the company between January 2011 and 30 June 2014. Stevens and Long are members of the company’s Compensation Committee. Stevens is a member of the company’s Corporate Governance and Nominations Committee and Long is a member of the company’s Audit Committee.
