Subsea 7 S.A. (SUBC, SUBCY) has announced a change to its Executive Management Team, which will take effect on 1 January 2018.
Øyvind Mikaelsen has decided to step down from his role as executive VP Commercial and will be leaving Subsea 7 in the Q2 2018.
Mr Mikaelsen will be succeeded on 1 January 2018 by Stuart Fitzgerald who will be appointed as executive VP– Strategy and Commercial and will be a member of the Executive Management Team. Stuart, who is currently the VP for Strategy and Technology, will assume responsibility for the commercial activities of the SURF and Conventional Business Unit as well as Asset Development, Sales and Marketing, Strategy and Technology, and the Alliances.
