The Board of Management of Stork NV has appointed ing. J.M. (Koos) Ros as director of the strategic unit Industry Specialists in the Stork Technical Services group with effect from 1 January 2002. He succeeds Hans Bouland who as a member of the Board of Management held this position temporarily since the departure of Rob Zwarts from Stork. Mr Ros was formerly director of Stork Manufacturing Services, part of the strategic unit Industry Specialists. An appointment will be made in due course to fill this vacancy. The group works council of Stork Technical Services has stated its approval of this appointment.
