Sterling wins second Azeri contract

Sterling SPP have received two orders in excess of GBP 1.8 million for Phase 2 of the Azeri Project, as part of the full field development of the Azeri-Chirag-deepwater Gunashli oilfield in the Azerbaijan sect of the Caspian Sea. The orders cover the supply of two 2150 m3/hr fire pumps for the West Azeri Platform and two units of the same size for the East Azeri Platform. This project follows on from the supply of two similar units despatched in 2002 for the Central Azeri Platform.
