Sterling Tubes, a division of Sandvik Steel Ltd, has announced the appointment of David Harbon as Sales Manager for Ireland, Scandinavia and Canada with responsibilities also for new market development. In his new role, he will manage and develop the sales of the Sterling Tubes branded products to the independent distributor market. David Harbon, 27, has extensive experience in the steel industry – initially with British Steel before joining Sandvik Steel’s and subsequently Sterling Tubes’ sales departments. Before his appointment as Sales Manager his key sales responsibility was for commercial and niche products throughout the UK and Ireland.
