At the beginning of November 2009, Shanghai STAL Precision Stainless Steel celebrated their 10th anniversary and expansion ceremony. The total investment of STAL phase 2 is USD 120 million, with the land area of 83,000sq/m. Meanwhile, STAL is equipped with two Sendzimir Mills, continuous bright annealing furnaces, a tension leveler, and precision slitters. The company’s main processing facilities are 1250mm Z mill, degreasing line, vertical bright annealing furnace, tension leveler and slitters. STAL is able to increase its annual production capacity to 56,000tns/yr. The width ranges from 610mm to 1210mm and minimum thinness of 0.03mm.
