Stainless supports

Nu-Tech Engineering Services (Poole, Dorset, UK), is engaged on a number of product launches, including several additions to the company’s range of levelling feet and machine mounts. One of these is the A105, a stainless steel vibration damping machine mount, designed to a very high specification but, thanks to the latest manufacturing techniques, available at a price similar to that of a standard mount. The A105 range uses a stainless steel stud and base and is fitted with an inset Nitrile rubber core, providing a high degree of vibration damping and making it suitable for use in the most arduous of conditions, including hygienic applications where equipment is frequently hosed down. However, this new design uses s-pressed base which not only results in a very smooth, easy to clean profile but reduces manufacturing costs without adversely affecting the performance of the finished mount.
Nu-Tech has also launched a low-profile bolt-down stainless steel base & stud levelling foot. Known as the A200, the range includes stud diameters from M8 to M24 and base diameters from 50 to 120mm with various bolt down options. To ensure the widest range of users is catered for, 20 combinations have been included in the standard range with maximum load-bearing abilities ranging from 300 to 3750Kg. Again Nu-Tech is able to provide custom sizes if required. The A200 is ideal for a host of application in the food processing, pharmaceutical, dairy, electronic, marine, medical and laboratory machinery/equipment industries.
