Crydom (USA) now manufactures stainless steel float switches with two liquid level switching positions or continuous output 4-20mA. The dual-level devices are available in lengths from 100mm to 3.5m. The continuous output devices can have a measuring span from 500mm to 2.5m, and the output varies with level, in 10 steps within the measuring span. A range of standard lengths of both of these ranges are available through RS Components. Custom versions, including ones with different lengths, switching actions and mounting styles, are also available from Crydom.
