Metal One Corp. has established a stainless blend scrap processing JV in Sodegaura, Chiba, Japan with ELG Haniel of Germany. The JV will supply materials for offshore stainless makers mainly in China and growing countries. ELG Haniel controls 51% of the JV with 49% share by Metal One.
