Stainless plant in Shanghai?

Korean steel group Posco, the world’s fourth-largest, is considering raising USD 450 million in syndicated loans to build a 600,000-tonne stainless steel plant in Shanghai at a cost of USD 750 million. China consumes about a quarter of the world’s steel products.
