In its second phase project Stainless Steel Co. Ltd (SSCL) will add two mills and increase the capacity to 400,000tpy. In order to optimize use of resource, Tianjin Taigang TPCO Stainless Steel Co. will only produce 300 series stainless steels in future, despite that the former TPCO Yuantong Stainless Steel Ware Co. had moved all 400 series production facilities to the new company. It will also add a BA production line of 200,000tpy capacity, beating the present largest in China owned by Thyssen Krupp.
