Construction has started on the new stainless steel welded pipe plant from Ningbo Baoxin Stainless Steel. Invested by USD 27.5 million, this phase of the project will contribute 50,000tns of stainless strip steel and 10,000tns of auto vent pipe every year after its operation in end 2007. The next phase of the project can raise annual stainless strip steel capacity by 50,000tns and industrial pipe capacity by 20,000tns.
