Nisshin Steel Corp., Hanwa Co Ltd and Mitsui & Co. have joined to set up a new stainless steel cold rolled coil center in Shanghai, China. Nisshin will hold a 30% share with Hanwa and Mitsui each holding a 20% stake and the remaining 30% held by domestic Chinese companies. This project is expected to be finalized at the end of this month.
