Sunborne Energy has unveiled plans to build a 50MW solar thermal power project in Andhra Pradesh. The company will develop the project in partnership with Kosla Ventures and General Catalyst Partners, from which it secured USD 25 million in funding. The project will be set up on a 200 acre plot with an investment between USD 100 million – USD 120 million.
