The Steel Manufacturers Association (SMA) has promoted Kelsey E. Gleason to the position of manager, Member Services.
Gleason joined the SMA in May 2013. Her areas of focus include managing all SMA membership activities, services and programs, including the development of the organisation’s social media presence. She has worked extensively in support of the SMA’s Safety, Environment, Human Resources, Plant Operations and Transportation committees. Her areas of policy focus include labour and industrial relations, workforce development, and the Buy America Act.
