SLB OneSubsea wins EPC contracts from PTTEP for deepwater Malaysia fields

Global energy technology company SLB has announced that its OneSubsea™ joint venture has been awarded two major engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts by PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP). These contracts expand on a 20-year partnership between the companies and cover the development of two offshore fields in Malaysia.

Under the EPC agreements, SLB OneSubsea will deliver complete subsea production systems (SPS) for the Alum, Bemban, and Permai deepwater gas fields in Block H, as well as the Kikeh field, Malaysia’s first deepwater oil project. The scope includes horizontal subsea trees, umbilicals, control systems, and related services.

Leveraging its extensive experience in complex deepwater environments, SLB OneSubsea aims to extend the productive life of these fields, supporting regional energy security and meeting growing energy demand.
