Sinosteel Corporation and China National Machinery Industry Corporation signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the head office of China National Machinery Industry Corporation. The signing ceremony was chaired by Xie Biao, deputy general manager of China National Machinery Industry Corporation. Xu Siwei, party secretary of Sinosteel Corporation and general manager of Sinosteel Corporation Limited, and Xu Jian, general manager of China National Machinery Industry Corporation, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.
Signing of strategic cooperation agreement between Sinosteel Corporation and China National Machinery Industry Corporation takes cooperation between the two companies to a new phase. According to contents of the agreement, both parties will further strengthen cooperation later and develop all-round cooperation in industries such as domestic and overseas project contracting, manufacturing of machineries and equipment, metallurgy and mining, and build long-term and stable, fully coordinating and jointly developing strategic cooperation relationship.
