Singapore: bio-diesel plant

Natural Fuel of Australia will soon set up abio-diesel plant in Singapore. The plant will churn out around 12,000 barrels per day of bio-diesel. The main feedstock will be Palm oil and other vegetable oils like soya and canola will supplement the supply. For the plant’s feedstock Natural Fuels has signed agreements with ConAgra Food Inc. and other food suppliers. Natural Fuel is proposing to inject USD 130 million in the project.
