After 40 years of service with Nucor Corp., Samuel Siegel has announced his retirement from the Board of Directors. Mr Siegel began his career with Nucor on 1 December 1961. He became Controller in 1964; Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Secretary in 1965; Director in 1968; Executive Vice President in 1986; and Vice Chairman in 1991. He retired as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary on 31 December 1999.
