Siderca Corporation has become Tenaris Global Services (USA) Corporation and now operates as the local subsidiary of Tenaris Global Services SA. It is the only vendor of all products and services offered by four business units worldwide: Oilfield Services, Pipeline Services, Process and Power Plant Services, and Industrial and Automotive Services. Tenaris Global Services administers the global network of customer service centres and handles the sales and marketing of Tenaris products that are exported from their country of manufacture. Together with its various local subsidiaries and representative offices, it was fully incorporated into Tenaris in the corporate consolidation, which was made in conjunction with the exchange offer and public listing of Tenaris shares in December 2002. Following this consolidation, the names of the Tenaris Global Services subsidiaries, which reflect their varying origins, are being changed to show a clearer relation to their parent company. As a fully integrated and wholly owned Tenaris subsidiary, Tenaris Global Services (USA) Corp. uses the Tenaris brand and relies on the full operational support of the Tenaris manufacturing subsidiaries (AlgomaTubes, Confab, Dalmine, NKKTubes, Tamsa, Tavsa, Siat and Siderca).
