Shipper review anti-dumping order on Korean stainl

The US Department of Commerce has received a request for a new shipper review of the anti-dumping duty order on certain welded stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Korea issued on 23 February 1993. TK Corporation certified that it did not export subject merchandise to the United States during the period of the investigation. The period of review was 1 December 1991 to 30 May 1992. Documentation was submitted establishing the date on which TK Corporation first shipped the subject merchandise for export to the United States, the volume shipped, and the date of the first sale to an unaffiliated customer in the United States. In accordance with this request, the Department is initiating a new shipper review. This review covers the period 1 February 2001 to 31 July 2001.
