The Royal Dutch/Shell Group of Companies has announced the appointment of Michiel Brandjes as Company Secretary of Royal Dutch Shell plc. The appointment is with immediate effect, but Mr Brandjes will continue to act in his current role as Company Secretary of Royal Dutch until the proposed group structure changes are fully implemented. In his new role, Mr Brandjes will remain based in The Hague and lead Royal Dutch Shell plc company secretariat and corporate syndicate.
