EVRAZ plc has declared recently that Pavel Tatyanin, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of EVRAZ, submitted his resignation, effective July 20, 2016, in order to pursue other interests.
Alexander Frolov, EVRAZ CEO, said, âPavel has been an integral part of EVRAZ for 15 years and seen it evolve and change through each phase of its development. After resignation, Pavel will be involved with selected projects associated with the controlling shareholder group. Giacomo Baizini, CFO of EVRAZ Group S.A., will serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, following the resignation of Pavel Tatyanin. Giacomo has joined EVRAZ in 2005 and held a position of EVRAZ CFO in 2009-2014.â?
